Returning Merchandise to Air Venturi
Air Venturi will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RMA# that must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
All returns of non-defective items, including refused shipments, are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Items must be brand new in the package to be eligible for return.
To obtain an RMA#, email us at support@airventuri.com with:
- Air Venturi Item Number
- Quantity to be returned
- Invoice Number from original shipment
- Reason for return
The RMA# must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
RMA#’s are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue and should be shipped to:

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to the Account.
Items that are determined defective outside of 30 days after purchase but before the end of the factory warranty period will not be returned for credit or refund but should be directed to the proper warranty center.
